Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including integration errors, configuration problems, and user-reported incidents
Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements or new features
Support user training and onboarding for SAP Ariba functionalities.
System Configuration & Maintenance
Configure templates, fields, approval workflow, and user groups in SAP Ariba based on business requirements.
Assist in integration setup and testing between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA, including PO, invoice, and supplier data flows
