SAP S/4 HANA Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Integration Developer Consultant for a short-term, project-based engagement. The role involves designing and implementing integration between a Java-based application and an SAP ERP. The consultant will work closely with internal engineering and product teams to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable data exchange between systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration between a Java-based application and an SAP ERP.
Analyze existing procurement workflows and SAP data structures to define integration requirements.
Develop and configure interfaces, APIs, and middleware (if applicable) for data synchronization.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Perform end-to-end integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Provide technical documentation, including integration architecture, data mappings, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues within tight project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA, including data modeling and integration.
Strong experience in SAP integration with external systems, especially Java-based applications.
Proficiency in integration technologies such as SAP APIs, OData services, REST/SOAP, or middleware tools.
Good understanding of Java application architecture and backend integration concepts.
Experience with data formats such as JSON, XML, and secure data transfer mechanisms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver within short project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience integrating procurement or ERP systems with SAP.
Familiarity with SAP BTP or CPI is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
