Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a SAP S/4 HANA Cutover Lead. The role involves planning and executing cutover activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new solution. The Cutover Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage master data migration, address system integration challenges, and align business processes. Additional responsibilities may include identifying potential risks, mitigating issues, and facilitating communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and expertise in analyzing and improving them
• Proficiency in SAP modules and experience with master data management within an SAP environment
• Excellent consulting and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Keen analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience managing cutover activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementations is highly preferred
• Capability to work in dynamic and remote environments effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
