SAP S4 HANA FI/Agentic

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition) to support end-to-end financial process design, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, a solid understanding of Cloud extensibility, integration capabilities, and familiarity with the latest SAP Cloud technologies such as SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Key Responsibilities: Functional Expertise • Configure and support core FICO modules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including: o General Ledger (FI-GL) o Accounts Payable (FI-AP) o Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) o Asset Accounting (FI-AA) o Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA) o Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA) • Manage master data (Business Partner, Chart of Accounts, Cost Elements, etc.) • Implement Automatic Payment, Bank Communication Management, Lockbox, and Cash Management. • Design and test Financial Closing Cockpit (FCCC) and Group Reporting processes (if applicable). Cloud-Specific Responsibilities • Configure and manage scope items via Central Business Configuration (CBC). • Utilize In-App Extensibility (custom fields, forms, rules) and Side-by-Side Extensibility using SAP BTP. • Understand Business Process Configuration and activation of scope items in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. • Leverage SAP Fiori apps for financial operations, reporting, and analytics. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration). Project & Business Collaboration • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and map them to standard SAP best practices. • Perform Fit-to-Standard analysis sessions for FICO-related scope items. • Lead testing cycles, user training, and post go-live support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, SuccessFactors, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment. • Support system upgrades, quarterly release testing, and regression testing. Required Skills & Experience: • 8-12 years of total experience in SAP Finance & Controlling. • 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition). • Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and Scope Items. • Experience in SAP Activate Methodology for Cloud projects. • Working knowledge of Integration with Treasury, Banking, and external systems. • Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Central Finance is a plus. • Ability to work with global teams in agile delivery models. • Knowledge on SAP CASH Application Agentic AI. Certifications (Preferred): • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition – Finance Soft Skills: • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. • Experience working in multi-country, multi-legal-entity environments. • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced projects.
