    Job Description

    Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

    ● Develop and execute the program strategy, roadmap, and governance model aligned with business objectives.

    ● Oversee project managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business, and integration partners).

    ● Drive program planning, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution.

    ● Manage stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business users, and IT teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

    ● Establish and monitor KPIs, progress dashboards, and status reports for program governance.

    ● Ensure integration of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Analytics, etc.) with business processes.

    ● Partner with system integrators, vendors, and internal teams for successful delivery.

    ● Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition.

    ● Promote best practices, Agile/Hybrid delivery methods, and continuous improvement within the SAP program.

    A successful Associate Director - Program Management SAP Hana should have:
