We are currently seeking a SAP S4 IBP Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead (Integrated Business Planning)

Role Overview

The SAP S/4HANA IBP Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions to optimize supply chain and demand planning processes. The role ensures seamless integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and other supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
  • Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
  • Manage integrations between IBP, S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces.
  • Build and maintain planning views, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and testing.
  • Provide leadership and best practice guidance for global planning initiatives.

    • Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules and planning processes (forecasting, supply, inventory optimization).
  • Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA and external data sources.
  • Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT.
  • 7–10 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP.
  • SAP Certified Application Consultant – SAP Integrated Business Planning preferred.
  • Experience leading end-to-end IBP implementations in large enterprises.
