SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst (FI/SD)

The role

• The position is part of the internal SAP S/4HANA Cloud L2 Support team, responsible for ongoing support and new configuration requests, SAP S/4HANA Cloud global implementation of financial and project management modules.

Area of responsibility

• Resolving functional and technical issues with strong focus on financial/controlling or sales/billing and project management modules of the application (FICO/SD,PS)
• Handling tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support
• Provide day-to-day second level support to PwC network SAP S/4HANA Users
• Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of problems, the users are facing
• Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
