Role Overview

As our SAP Data Analytics lead youll join one of the Largest Transformation Programs in Scania IEB and also part of Scania global SAP Team at the forefront of our SAP implementation efforts focusing on the SAP Data and Analytics domain in SAP Your primary responsibility will be to leading SAP Data and Analytics work in China and topic discussions in the local side while fully integrated with Scania IEB and Central SAP team Leveraging your SAP solution knowhow and experience regarding SAP Data Analytics youll drive efficiency optimize processes and lead our organization towards operational excellence Potentially you will have the chance to elevate your career as Tech lead managing SAP tech resources BTP Basis SAC for China region

Main Responsibilities

1 point of contact for SAP Data and Analytics in China

2 SAC Solution Design Development

a Translate business requirements Finance Supply Chain Sales HR etc into innovative SAC dashboards stories analytical apps and planning models

b Master SAC core functionalities data modeling LiveImport visualization charts geo maps R integration predictive analytics planning budgeting

c Design complex data transformations calculated metrics hierarchies and alerts

d Optimize SAC models and applications for performance and usability

3 Data Integration Management

a Configure and manage SAC connections with various data sources SAP BW4HANA S4HANA CDS OData SAP Datasphere SQL databases Oracle SQL Server cloud data warehouses BigQuery Snowflake and flat files

b Apply best practices in data acquisition preparation and blending

c Ensure data accuracy consistency and timeliness in SAC

4 Global Project Delivery

a Lead or contribute to endtoend SAC implementations requirements gathering design development testing UAT deployment and support in multicountry environments

b Address regionalspecific business needs compliance GDPR CCPA and data localization challenges

c Manage project timelines priorities and risks to ensure ontime onbudget delivery

d Prepare clear professional technical documentation English and training materials

5 Stakeholder Collaboration Communication

a Communicate fluently in English written spoken with global stakeholders business users IT teams vendors

b Adapt to diverse English accents Indian European American etc in meetings emails and presentations

c Provide user training knowledge transfer and ongoing support for SAC solutions

d Collaborate with SAP BASIStechnical teams to ensure system stability and security

6 Continuous Improvement Innovation

a Stay updated on SACs latest features roadmap and industry trends

b Explore advanced capabilities predictive analytics ML integration Digital Boardroom

c Share knowledge and mentor junior team members

Experience requirement

Technical Skills Mandatory

35 years of handson SAP Analytics Cloud SAC implementation experience multiple endtoend projects

Expertise in SAC data modeling LiveImport visualization planning and analytical apps

Strong SQL skills and data manipulation proficiency

Experience integrating SAC with SAP S4HANA BW4HANA HANA and nonSAP data sources

Basic understanding of SAP modules FICO SD MM and their KPIs

Knowledge of data warehousing and BI concepts

Soft Skills Language Proficiency

English written spoken

o Writing Ability to draft technical documents design specs test scripts user manuals emails and reports in clear professional English

o Speaking Confidently leadparticipate in meetings presentations and discussions with global teams Must understand diverse English accents Indian European etc

Project Experience Mandatory

At least 2 fullcycle SAC implementations or SAC modules in large SAP transformations

Preferred Qualifications NicetoHave

SAP SAC certification eg SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Analytics Cloud

Experience with other SAP analytics tools BW4HANA Analysis for Office Datasphere
