Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

• Expertise in SAP SD modules: Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Output Determination

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation and support of SAP SD solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into functional specifications and system design. Configure SAP SD modules: Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Output Determination, and related areas.
• Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM, PP) and third-party systems. Design and document business processes, functional specifications, test cases, and training materials. Conduct system and integration testing, coordinate UAT with business users, and support go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex business and system issues; provide ongoing support and enhancements. Work closely with ABAP developers for customizations, enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practices, internal controls, and audit requirements. Mentor and guide junior consultants and support team members.
