Job Description:
Must Have
• 4–7 years hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud configuration and demonstrable demo delivery experience.
• Strong, practical experience with SAP Cloud Integration and integrating CX with backend systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP components (HANA Cloud basics, CAP prototyping, Cloud Identity/SSO).
• Solid troubleshooting skills for integration and demo performance issues.
• Clear communication and presentation skills; ability to work with Presales, Product and IT providers.
Nice to have
• SAP Sales/Service Cloud, SAP Cloud Integration or SAP BTP certifications.
• Experience with other SAP Products such as S/4HANA, Field Service Management, UI5/CAP development or scripting (Python/Node).
