Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant with strong hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience to join our global ERP delivery team. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP SD, proven consulting skills, and a solid background in delivering complex, global SAP S/4HANA projects involving multiple legal entities and integrated business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementations and rollouts , with experience across 3–5 full lifecycle projects .
• Design, configure, and optimize core Sales & Distribution processes , including:
• Customer and Material Master Data
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing
• Logistics execution, foreign trade, and statutory/legal compliance
• Country-specific invoicing and regulatory requirements
• Configure and manage IDoc integrations and Adobe Forms related to sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents.
• Ensure seamless integration of SD with MM, FI, SCM, and Service Management modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams for solution delivery.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT , and provide go-live and post–go-live support.
• Support and enhance live SAP environments , ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
• Work independently in complex project environments, driving clarity and solutions amid ambiguity.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality solution delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 6–12 years of SAP SD experience , with mandatory hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA .
• Experience delivering 3–5 global SAP implementations , including multi-country and multi-entity landscapes.
• Strong functional knowledge of SD business processes : pricing, order management, billing, logistics, and status management.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience handling local legal invoicing and compliance requirements .
• Strong experience with IDoc troubleshooting and Adobe Form enhancements .
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
