Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on configuration, customization, and support in the SAP SD module.

  • Handle order-to-cash (OTC) business processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, and Credit Management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, PP, etc.) for integration-related issues.

  • Provide solutions for business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in SAP SD.

  • Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).

  • Assist in cutover, go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.

  • Prepare training documents and provide user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.

  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

  • Hands-on experience in Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Sales Returns .

  • Experience in integration with FI, MM, and WM modules .

  • Good understanding of master data (Customer Master, Material Master, Customer-Material Info Records).

  • Exposure to SD-related reports, enhancements, and user exits .

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
