We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong domain expertise in the Real Estate, Construction, or Homebuilding industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to 3–4 end-to-end SAP implementations and deep functional knowledge of sales, contracting, billing, pricing, and integrations in complex project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required

1️⃣ Sales & Contracting (B2B, B2C, Projects)

• Model unit, tower, phase-based sales and project-driven contracts
• Configure customer contracts, framework agreements, and sales orders
• Strong experience with document types, item categories, schedule lines, and pricing procedures
• Expertise in:
• Milestone-based billing (structure, shell, finishing, possession, etc....
