6+years in SAP S4HANA Service Management Customer Service with 23 fullcycle in implementations particularly in public cloud environments


The Consultant is responsible for designing implementing and optimizing service management processes This includes leading data migration configuring service flows and integrating with other SAP modules

Deep understanding of Service Orders Contracts Notifications Repair Orders Warranty Claims

Key Responsibilities

Service Process Design Configure rental warranty and repair processes

Data Migration Use SAP Migration Cockpit Staging Tables Direct Transfer to lead mock loads cutovers and reconciliation activities

Functional Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams FI MM SD EWM Asset Management to ensure data readiness and process alignment

Testing Deployment Drive integration testing prepare functional specs and support WRICEF development and postgolive activities

Client Engagement Lead fittostandard workshops manage key design decisions
