Primary Skills/Requirements

  • 14+ years of SAP experience with 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in:Sales Order ManagementPricing ProceduresBilling and InvoicingCustomer Master DataOutput DeterminationReturns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
  • Understanding of IDoc processing, RFCs, and EDI in SD/LE scenarios.
  • Strong process understanding of OTC lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
  • Configure SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Contracts.
  • Good to have experience in integration or support in Logistics Execution (LE) components such as Outbound Deliveries, Shipping, and Transportation.
  • Collaborate with MM, FI, EWM, TM, and Technical Teams for seamless end-to-end process delivery.

    • Participate in data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
