Job Description
• Configures and customizes solutions within the SAP R/3 ECC / S4 HANA environments
• Provides SAP technical expertise in supporting end-users, determines root cause analysis, and develops resolutions to fix issues as they arise.
• Performs unit testing and end-user demos while supporting Integration and user acceptance tests
• Troubleshoots to determine root cause and develops resolutions to fix issues.
• Receives and reviews user requests for SAP authorization and grants access while obtaining proper management approvals.
• Follows programming logic to understand the flow of a solution and the Integration of other interfaces with SAP.
• Provides technical expertise, analyzes needs, designs, and implements business solutions.
