Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
• Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business needs.
• Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
• Expertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
• Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP Security or GRC certification is a plus.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is desirable.
