Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Plan to Manufacture processes in S/4HANA.
Support production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and capacity planning.
Configure and optimize shop floor control, work center management, and routing processes.
Ensure seamless integration with procurement, inventory, and logistics modules.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years in SAP consulting, with strong expertise in Plan to Manufacture processes.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations for manufacturing.
Strong understanding of production planning, shop floor execution, and integration points with MM and SD.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
SAP certification in Manufacturing or S/4HANA is preferred.
