Experiences for any of the roles should no less than 3 years in the field. Candidates who have experience in Service Now, Rally, handling of Change release management would be added advantage.

SF Consultants who are certified and experienced in SF Performance and rewards Module :

• Experienced running end to end of an EOY Performance and Rewards process
• Creating a variety of templates with complex calculation, eligibility rules
• Creation outcome statements
• Facilitate data creation in support of UAT with Business and obtain sign off
• Support in cutover into production and hypercare support
• Good understanding and appreciation of data lineage between source system to receiving system (i.e SAP > SF and vice versa), understanding platform integration i.e between SAP > SF
