Role: SAP SF PMGM Consultant
Work Experience: 5+ Years
Project: AMS
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Support annual performance cycle activities, including goal plans, performance forms, and calibration processes.
Configure and support:
- Goal Management templates
- Performance Management templates
- Route maps, workflows, permissions, and roles
Implement minor enhancements and change requests as part of AMS scope.
Support XML template updates and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in PMGM.
In-depth knowledge of:
- Goal Management
