Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud ALM Consultant to support implementation, operations, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions using SAP Cloud ALM . The role involves managing application lifecycle processes including implementation, testing, monitoring, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage SAP Cloud ALM for S/4HANA Cloud implementations
Support project, test, and deployment management within Cloud ALM
Monitor system health, business processes, and integrations using Cloud ALM tools
Manage requirements, tasks, defects, and transports across project phases
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and ALM standards
Support release management, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities
Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
Provide user training and knowledge transfer on Cloud ALM usage
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM (Implementation & Operations)
Understanding of SAP Activate methodology
Experience with test management, defect tracking, and change control
Familiarity with SAP integrations and business process monitoring
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Cloud ALM certification
Experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (migration to Cloud ALM is a plus)
Exposure to manufacturing, finance, or supply chain modules
