The SAP Support Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of SAP functionality—from initial requirement identification to global deployment and support. The role includes process architecture and configuration, functional expertise across FICO, MM, PP, WM, QM, HR, and SD modules, complex integration management (PI/PO), and project delivery with global developers using SAP Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Innovation: Lead the operational and strategic roadmap for SAP, fostering innovation and organizing resource allocation to align with long‑term business goals.
