Handling Incidents, Alerts, and Service Requests Knowledge of SAP as key user o support role Troubleshooting and resolving any issue impacting SAP performance such as hardware and related apps. Help the SAP Sr. Team to managing daily operations ensuring high availability Coordination with international teams in global projects / crisis handling / de-escalation initiatives Role Requirements. Proper documentation and help the Sr. SAP Engineer on the definition of technical operational concepts and develop guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team. Participate with the Sr. SAP Team on planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies. Carry out system testing ensuring changes are robust and perform according to user requirements Directly working with clients on daily basis to achieve the defined goals
