SAP Specialist- Successfactor

We are hiring for one of our renowned Pharma client for Navi-Mumbai location

Role: Successfactor Technical Expert

Exp: 7-12 yrs in implementation of SAP Successfactor EC and Payroll module.

JD:

1. Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations and support projects.

2. Configure, customize, and optimize EC and Payroll functionalities as per business requirements.

3. Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other relevant modules.

4. Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.

6. SAP experience with strong focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).
