Job Description
Qualifications
- Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
- 5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools - analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience
- Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable
- HR knowledge - various HR functions, processes etc
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations
