💼 SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant


We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong, hands-on expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay to support an ongoing project. The initial contract duration is approximately one year, with a high likelihood of extension.


📌 Role Overview

The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, and execution of global compensation and incentive cycles, working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules end to end.
  • Design and maintain compensation templates, eligibility rules, bonus and incentive plans.
