SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong, hands-on expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay to support an ongoing project. The initial contract duration is approximately one year, with a high likelihood of extension.
Role Overview
The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, and execution of global compensation and incentive cycles, working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules end to end.
- Design and maintain compensation templates, eligibility rules, bonus and incentive plans.
- Support cycle preparation, execution, validation, and close-out for annual and off-cycle compensation processes.
