SAP Success Factors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with strong, hands-on expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay to support an ongoing project. The initial contract duration is approximately one year , with a high likelihood of extension .
Role Overview
The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, and execution of global compensation and incentive cycles , working closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
