We are looking for a strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementations and support , and mandatory exposure to legacy SAP HCM with strong focus on data replication, data validation, and data consistency checks between systems. The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth HR process delivery and integration across landscapes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall SAP HR experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors EC .
• Hands-on experience in EC configuration (Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows).
• Strong exposure to legacy SAP HCM processes and data structure.
• Proven experience in:
• Data replication
• Data validation
• Data reconciliation / audits
• Troubleshooting replication issues and ensuring clean HR master data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration and support activities.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide solution design for EC processes.
• Work on legacy SAP HCM (ECC HCM) module understanding with emphasis on:
• Data replication between SF EC and legacy HCM
• Data validation and reconciliation activities
• Handling data inconsistencies, error logs, and correction cycles
• Support HR master data processes including employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, promotion, termination).
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems during implementation and BAU support.
• Coordinate with integration/technical teams on interfaces and replication monitoring.
• Support testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and documentation.
• Provide end-user training and post go-live hypercare support.

Good to Have

• Experience with SF integrations (SAP CPI / PI, middleware, APIs).
• Exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Experience in data migration activities and HR transformation projects.
• SF EC Certification is a plus.
