We are looking for a strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementations and support, and mandatory exposure to legacy SAP HCM with strong focus on data replication, data validation, and data consistency checks between systems. The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth HR process delivery and integration across landscapes.
