Role Overview

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert , you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative delivery practices and bringing deep functional expertise to client engagements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, design scalable technology solutions, and ensure successful delivery aligned with industry best practices. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate emerging ideas into impactful solutions that enhance both client outcomes and organizational reputation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to critical delivery and strategy discussions.
  • Partner with multiple teams and stakeholders to influence key technical and functional decisions.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems across teams with effective, scalable solutions.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and delivery excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior professionals, supporting their technical and career development.


Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation .
  • In-depth understanding of compensation planning, administration, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors system configuration and implementation.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Additional Information
