Position Description:

Experience: 5–10 years 

 Required Skills & Qualifications

. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must; others preferred).
. Knowledge of HR processes including talent management, payroll integration, and workforce planning.
. Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
. SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
