SAP SuccessFactors EC &Time Tracking Consultant

Location: (Remote)

Experience: 10+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors

Primary Modules: Employee Central (EC) + Time Tracking

Certification: EC Certification Mandatory


Role Summary

We are hiring a senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong experience in Employee Central and Time Tracking to support global HR transformation and enhancement projects. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end EC + Time Tracking configurations and enhancements
  • Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design
  • Configure time profiles, time valuation, work schedules, calendars, absence/attendance types
  • Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, and implementation teams


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central + Time Tracking
  • Experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Picklists
  • Knowledge of IAS / IPS for identity management
  • Integration knowledge with SAP Payroll / ECP / Kronos / WFS
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
