SAP Support & Automation Analyst

Job Title: SAP Support Management & Automation Analyst Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience: 3 – 5 years Department: IT – SAP & Related Automations --- About the Role We are looking for a candidate with SAP experience and added advantage if he got SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud exposure. The role involves handling end-user queries across SAP modules, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting CDS / API development (must) for automation and reporting needs. --- Key Responsibilities · Provide daily SAP functional support to users across manufacturing modules, FI and PM. · Analyse and resolve transaction errors, authorization issues and master-data problems · Coordinate with SAP implementation partners / consultants for fixes & enhancements · Create & enhance CDS Views / Analytical Views for reporting and automation · Enable APIs (OData) and provide metadata / test inputs to automation developers · OpenUI5 development experience or exposure is added advantage. · Support UAT and post-Go-Live hyper-care across departments · Maintain ticket history, documentation and SOPs · Train and guide users during new rollouts or feature releases vet this profile with JD vet this profile with JD vet this profile with JD
