Job Scope:
- Ensure 24/7 SAP system availability and performance.
- Manage user administration, authorizations, monitoring, and system configuration.
- Perform OS and database maintenance to support daily operations.
- Resolve SAP service tickets within agreed service levels.
- Maintain documentation of SAP architecture and integrations.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support SAP/IT projects and perform duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and NetWeaver technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environment
