SAP System Analyst - STS

We are seeking a skilled SAP Systems Analyst - STS with expertise in Source to Settle (Procure to Pay) processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain SAP S/4 Procure to Pay solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met, and system functions are optimized. The candidate should have a deep understanding of sourcing and procurement processes, inventory management, vendor management, invoice verification and payment processing in SAP S/4 and SAP ECC In this role, you will… Perform configuration and customization of SAP S/4 Procure to Pay modules. Configurations and customization will include but not limited to organization structure setup, procurement policy setup, release strategy setup, logistics setup for goods receipts, invoice verification, etc.… Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and business functions to gather and document business requirements. Translate and document business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4 Procure to Pay solutions. Specifications shall include but not limited to reporting, transactional programming, interfaces, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs), User Exits etc.... Act as the liaison between the technical team members and the end users to ensure requirements and project progress are communicated accurately. Design and develop Procure to Pay reports using SAP S/4 reporting tools. Conduct testing of SAP S/4 Procure to Pay solutions and work with the testing and end-users’ team to ensure proper test coverage. Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials. Provide technical support and issue resolution for SAP S/4 Procure to Pay solutions. Continuously monitor and improve Procure to Pay processes. Research new technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of work experience in SAP (ECC and S/4) Procure to Pay modules including MM. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 Procure to Pay modules and related functionalities. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4 Procure to Pay modules. Hands-on experience or knowledge of migrating data from ECC to S/4. Experience in integrating SAP S/4 Procure to Pay modules with other SAP modules and/or third-party systems. Functional/technical proficiency with at least one or two full lifecycle SAP and/or ERP implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in working with Agile methodologies. Desired (nice to have ).. Knowledge of business processes related to medical device manufacturing and distribution, and licensing and service models. SAP S/4 certification in Procure to Pay, MM or equivalent areas. Functional solution expertise in OpenText VIM and Ariba Contracts. Knowledge of ERP master data, business processes and technology stack using SAP suite of products and its integration points. Experience in creating on-demand metrics/analytics using SQVI, SQL for the business processes supported.
