Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition services across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and make informed decisions.
- Develop and promote an employer branding strategy that attracts top SAP talent in a competitive market.
- Oversee the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging journey.
- Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on SAP and IT recruitment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment team and driving successful hiring initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices, particularly in the SAP sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
