ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a competent SAP Full Stack Developer to support a call center environment.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical development with ABAP and OData, along with UI5 development.
The candidate should be capable of working independently and also guiding a junior resource.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
5+ years of relevant SAP experience preferred.
Candidates with 3+ years of strong hands-on experience may also be considered.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (PRIORITY ORDER)
Strong ABAP development experience in SAP CRM.
Hands-on experience with OData services in CRM.
Experience with RICEF developments, RFCs, and web services.
UI5 development experience, especially supporting call center users.
Experience working in or supporting a call center environment.
REFERRED EXPERIENCE
SAP IS-U experience is a plus.
IS-U experience helps in understanding end-to-end process integration.
Candidates without IS-U experience will still be considered but may be ranked lower.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and support SAP CRM technical solutions using ABAP.
Build and support OData services in SAP CRM.
Develop and enhance UI5 applications for call center support.
Work on RICEF objects, RFCs, and integrations.
Support ongoing call center-related CRM developments.
Guide and support a junior resource when required.
