SAP Technical Project Manager-Central Finance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead S/4HANA Central Finance programs across complex, multi-system landscapes. This role involves program governance, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Manage delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models depending on workstream requirements.

• Govern Central Finance architecture and integration, including ECC / non-SAP source systems to S/4HANA.

• Oversee SLT-based replication, data harmonisation, reconciliation, and error resolution at a program level.

• Act as the primary interface between Finance stakeholders, SAP technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.

• Provide regular, structured status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.

• Lead SIT, UAT, parallel run, and cutover planning for Central Finance initiatives.

• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, partnering with application and finance leaders.

• Own project artifacts including dashboards, RAID logs, schedules, leadership report outs, and documentation.
