We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter with strong domestic IT staffing experience and mandatory exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in end-to-end recruitment, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and skilled in closing positions across various IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients across C2H mandates .
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases .
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and client expectations.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive closures within TAT.
