Sap Technical Support Officer

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a SAP Technical Support Officer in Canberra .

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Assist FHS and SAP users to resolve issues, including maintaining help desk records.
• Ensure documentation and training materials are developed and updated for common support issues.
• Manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP system changes.
• Provide specialist support during enhancement and maintenance projects.
• Work collaboratively with other ICT and finance teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
