SAP + Testing LEAD

<p>The SAP Test Lead/Manager will manage and drive SAP functional solution delivery across multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide teams, collaborate with customer and internal stake holders and ensure adherence to organizational and automation processes.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead and manage SAP functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions across assigned projects.</li> <li>Experience in leading / managing SAP Testing engagements</li> <li>Experience in managing testing engagement with different SAP functional modules like SD, MM, FI</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Customer and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure functional alignment.</li> <li>Drive adherence to automation processes and standards in coordination with automation and QA teams.</li> <li>Oversee functional design, configuration, documentation, and testing activities.</li> <li>Provide direction, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure high-quality delivery.</li> <li>Ensure cross-team communication and smooth coordination across functional, technical, and automation teams.</li> <li>Capture and present project statistics, ROI, benefits, and key learnings from automation or process-improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><b>Mandatory:</b> Proven experience in a <b>Manager or Lead role</b> within SAP Testing</li> <li> </li> <li>8 10 years of total experience in SAP Functional areas (SD, MM, FI, PP, or relevant modules).</li> <li>Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration points.</li> <li>Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale SAP implementations.</li> <li>Exposure to automation initiatives and ability to partner with automation teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> </ul> <p aria-hidden="true"> </p>
