SAP TM (Transportation Management) Professionals

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP TM implementation, upgrade, and support projects across various phases
• Configure SAP TM modules including master data, forwarding order management, freight unit building, transportation planning, and freight settlement
• Analyze and map business requirements related to transportation and logistics into SAP TM solutions
• Support inbound and outbound shipment processes and domestic transportation scenarios
• Collaborate with business users to understand logistics and transportation workflows and optimize system usage
• Provide functional support, issue analysis, and resolution for SAP TM applications
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations

Job Requirements

• Strong functional experience in SAP Transportation Management
• Proven experience in SAP TM implementation, upgrade, and support projects
• Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration including master data, forwarding orders, freight unit building, planning, and freight settlement
• Good understanding of transportation master data management and logistics processes
• Knowledge of inbound, outbound, and domestic transportation business scenarios
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills
