Key Responsibilities:

• Provide systems and technical support for SAP WM and related modules to ensure business continuity.
• Implement SAP WM enhancements aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in the full SDLC: scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, QA, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Assist in estimating effort, timelines, and impact of enhancement requests.
• Ensure compliance with IS governance and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for system solutions and tools.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
• Interface with business stakeholders, IT infrastructure, and development teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business clients.
• Learn and support other SAP Logistics modules (LE & SD) as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM setup: warehouse design, inventory tracking, receiving, put-away, pick-pack-ship, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP Console and RF handheld configurations .
• Strong understanding of ABAP development requirements : reports, transactions, user exits, BADI enhancements, queries, LSMW.
• Expertise in configuring integration points between SAP MM, WM, and SD.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business and technical domains.
• Experience in translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Functional testing and production support experience.
