Main Assignments

• Manage the internal and external team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure that the team is aligned with the company IT strategy and objectives.
• Actively participate in the project implementations where the area is involved.
• Estimate the efforts, workload and costs within the area and track the budget.
• Lead and perform the application support in the area.
• Define and implement company vision and strategy within the following SAP areas: PP/PM/QM .
• Act as the key point of contact for the business counterparts (Business Process Owner - BPO), as well as other global and local IT colleagues.
• Work closely with the BPOs and advise them in the most appropriate solutions to the Company needs and participate in the mid-term route map proposal in the area.
