Job Description:

Should have 1-10 years of functional testing experience

Must have Sapiens policy testing exp.

Should have API and SQL testing experience

Assist in refining user stories acceptance criteria and translate the same to test requirement

Contribute to test planning activities including developing documentation and estimating testing needs and timeframes

Design test scenarios create and execute test cases and record test results in a test management system

Identify and create test data and maintain test environments

Create defects with detailed and concise steps and assist team members in defect reproduction severity and impact assessment

Participate and actively contribute to all the agile ceremonies and improve the agile process

Collaborate closely with other team members and provide periodic testing updates to senior management

Participate in production release verification and documentation as required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to communicate extremely effectively with all parties including business professionals and technical professionals

Collaborate with multifacility team members especially in onsite offshore engagement models

Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Professionally assertive and collegial

Excellent problem solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word Excel PowerPoint

SQL knowledge is a must for running SQL queries as part of QA activities

Insurance and reinsurance domain knowledge is preferred
