  • develop and design standard SAS solutions to deliver secure, scalable substation architectures in line with customer requirements and industry standards

  • create project-specific solutions and architectures in close collaboration with sales and bid management teams

  • prepare technical solution descriptions and define overall system concepts

  • create bills of materials (BOM) for SAS solutions and ensure technical completeness

  • provide technical support to sales, bid management, and engineering teams while managing key technical stakeholders

  • translate functional requirements into epics, feature descriptions, and high-level acceptance criteria and support internal trainings

  • hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • bring experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, or in a similar role within the substation business

  • have strong knowledge of substation solutions, including secondary equipment, SCADA, HMI, standards, and system design

  • are familiar with leading market products and technologies (e.g. Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)

  • have experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions

  • communicate fluently in English with excellent interpersonal skills and German is a plus
