SatCom System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, model, and validate satellite network requirements based on end-user needs
• Perform end-to-end communications system design covering satellite payloads, ground segments, IP networks, and OSS/BSS systems
• Design and architect LEO, MEO, and GEO satellite interoperability solutions
• Work on NR NTN and 3GPP convergence specifications including Release 18 and 19
• Develop direct-to-device (DTD) solutions in collaboration with providers such as Starlink and AST
• Integrate satellite systems with terrestrial networks and NB-IoT ecosystems
• Design ubiquitous connectivity solutions for industrial and military use cases
• Develop communication system test strategies, VV&T plans, and execute tests in ground or in-orbit environments
• Perform ground segment engineering including terminal design and development
