Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Satellite Image Processing Engineer located in Bengaluru. The engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of image processing algorithms tailored to multi-sensor satellite data. Core tasks include processing satellite-derived data, performing research and development to enhance image quality, executing signal processing techniques, and optimizing processing workflows. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to solve challenges in satellite image analytics is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with Signal Processing and techniques to handle multi-sensor data
  • Background in Process Engineering and understanding of engineering principles
  • Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) processes
  • Knowledge in Chemical Engineering or experience in related fields is a plus
  • Understanding of remote sensing, satellite systems, and geospatial technologies is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team within an on-site workplace
