Summary:</b></p><br/><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and drive revenue across target markets.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales processes.</p><br/><p>This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution.</p><br/><p>As a senior member of the business development team, you will also contribute to sales strategy, market expansion planning, and team mentoring.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><br/><p>- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.</p><br/><p>- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, enterprise clients, and strategic accounts.</p><br/><p>- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Own and drive the entire sales lifecycle lead generation, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create effective go-to-market campaigns and tailored solutions.</p><br/><p>- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new growth areas.</p><br/><p>- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and sales forecasts for internal stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.</p><br/><p>- Mentor and lead junior members of the business development or sales team, as required.</p><br/><p>- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).</p><br/><p>- 8 to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.</p><br/><p>- Experience in [industry, e., IT services, SaaS, B2B, consulting, manufacturing].</p><br/><p>- Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build relationships at C-suite and senior management levels.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in CRM tools (e., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.</p><br/><p>- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.</p><br/><p>- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
